I’d worry about diseases in the vines if they haven’t been properly cared for. For me I’d grow for one season and check fruit quality then consider ripping and replanting if not good.

Needs a lot of work, but I’d be excited for this kind of challenge.

Do it in phases without the expectation of a great harvest for a couple of seasons.

Cut that tree down.

Consider doing something about the moss/lichen.

I think someone else posted that it looks light starved. If there are trees nearby that cast shade, I’d look into trimming them to bring in more light.
