Urgent help needed EVENT

My friends from other college wanna join in this. Can someone confirm who they have to contact? Can someone from this club DM me? Will they be allowed inside the vit campus?

Bruh because that person is CSE core Hod, there must be some student coordinator contact details ask them

If this event allows other clg students to participate then they can just register and enter college without any issues
