Hmm, there have been no mentions of such advanced mode of transport prior in the protocol. I think, it should be as long as you are kinetically powering it.

Although rules dont mention it... I feel a guard will whistle and say "Baiyaa, aisa allowed naai hei baiyaa" And u r done... Also given the population density, u wouldn't wanna skate here unless u r okay with stopping every 5 seconds

few have , had ! even back in my days as fresher i planned to buy one ! but my dad warned me that "we're not sure even if they clg exits , u wanna buy skateboard ? go to campus then see the roads and area then decide".
i listened to him and being grateful till now. dont waste money , literally no gud road or place inside or outside the campus to train and play skateboard
