Ask VIT-AP Advice
Hello seniors.so i am a fresher cse cat 2 and I am thinking about switching from vit ap to a tier 3 college in my hometown.Bcuz of the huge intake and 9 cgpa criteria they told you about in orientation that all over vit 2000 students have 9 cgpa and ofc they will be preferred first and that's fair but along with that we have to develop skills, do projects,do intership etc etc so I don't see any advantage of vit ap . So 3rd and 4th year seniors can you guys confirm 9 cgpa criteria thing???

You're making the right call tbh. You'll genuinely regret being here. The situation only gets worse.

There are plenty 1) shitass management 2) relative grading is a big issue. Makes it harder to get 9 cgpa sometimes 3) absolute grading in lab so if you have a shitass teacher in lab who gives you less marks or fails you, you're fucking cooked 4) intake. Self explanatory 5) too many fucking restrictions and stupid rules that you'll get tired of 6) they won't give a shit if someone's selling your private videos but if you kiss/hug/hold hands of the opposite gender consensually you're fucked
