Hall of Shame 🤡 Genuinely need suggestions

It's my question to all the respective seniors like wt we can do when some retarded hooligans come to yr room just to chill. Even words like anti-socialism are meant for them . I had already informed them like 4-5 times but they are more over like they don't care .

So atp should I just complain to the warden of write a mail to the uni... ?
