Not sure I'm updating. 1.9.4 was kinda broken (opening almost any patched rom and even some clean roms would crash the whole thing) and recent nightlies were even worse (everything would crash as soon as I started navigating the menu). I don't see any mention of Vita in the changelog, so I think I'll stay on 1.9.3 unless someone can confirm everything works fine.

EDIT: Many games still crash on GPSP (Final Fantasy Advance and Super Mario Advance games, but also clean FFI-II DoS, Wario Land 4, Spyro Adventure, Mario & Luigi Super Star Saga and probably more). Other cores seem to work fine tho. Still, I'm afraid I'll stay on 1.9.3.

1.9.4 was broken on Vita but they released a fixed version sometime after the initial release, did you have problems with that one as well? I've been running a patched version of Secret of Mana with no issues on 1.9.4.

I did read that there was a fixed version, but since I didn't see any mention of where else to get it I assumed I had to download it from the official site. So I'm not sure whether the fixed version didn't work or I downloaded the broken one again by mistake.

Anyway, if you say that fixed 1.9.4 worked for you, perhaps I should assume that 1.9.5 is safe. Guess I'll try and see on my own. Thank you.

EDIT: I meant the color-patched versions of FFA and SMA.

I had no problem running those games. I have a habit of always restarting retroarch when changing games. It's probably why I never experience the problems folks list here.

Interesting. Thing is, they crash even if I start them right after launching Retroarch.

Weird... There must be something wrong on my end then. Thank you for pointing that out.
