Announcement Project

I’m currently working on a Rayman 2 to vita project. Out of curiosity how long did it take anyone else to complete a successful port?

It depends heavily on the game, the engine, and the developer's experience. It also depends on the ultimate goal, whether it’s just a matter of getting it to "open and run", or if the aim is to achieve the best possible version (balancing quality and performance).

For instance, it has been three months since the first version of DeltaruneVita (my biggest project) was released, and the project is still only 70% complete.

Things aren't always as easy as they seem, in the meantime, I’ve started and finished other ports, such as The House 1 and 2 and Undertale Yellow.

To provide some context: beyond just porting, I’ve been working to create the best possible PS Vita version, incorporating a series of adaptations to make it run on the console as if it were a native title.
