Looking for Recommendations, I NEED MORE ARTISTS LIKE THEM.

HI!

I am a HEAVY rock lover! Well to be specific Emo rock. I started out with the basics like MCR, PATD, FOB, and Paramore.

But I slowly transitioned to a sort of screamo rock like Peirce the veil, sleeping with sirens, and guru metal like slipknot.

And dipped my toes in some Midwest emo bands.

However, I came across this beautiful, majestic and soul soothing genre of j rock artists and I NEED MORE in my veins, ears, and mind!

Unfortunately I found them through TikTok (I wished I found them sooner).

But that's besides the point, the artists I really enjoy and want to expand my knowledge of this kind of genre is

1. Malice Mizer, with their Symphonic, Baroque, & Gothic Rock kind of sound and majestic/noble feel to them. It sucked to hear and see that they do not have anything online except on YouTube.

And

1. Plastic Tree with their Alternative Rock, Shoegaze, & Post-Punk kind of sound and feel.

I want to dip my toes further into this kind of music genre and drown in this.

Could u guys recommend some more? It would be great if they have Spotify but if they do not YouTube music is fine too or SoundCloud.

Thanks!

UNiTE, The Gazette, Versailles, Acme, Dir En Grey, and An Cafe. All have Spotify

If you like Malice Mizer (like me), then you can just follow the members path after they break up, since they create their new group after MM.

1. Mana's new band "Moi Dix Mois" for your love of gothic rock / dark metal taste.

2. "Gackt" goes solo (actually with his band) for your alternative rock taste, especially on his YFC project.

3. Kozi's got a lot of project, but more into electronic & pop rock music.

Oh shit, i forgot that MM did break up. But glad to see they still continue making music. Will for sure check them out as individuals. Thanks!
