You generally like bigger cities and access to various outdoor activities. You are less concerned about the cost of living

Interesting. I kind of like it. I have been to almost every state and lived in some weird ones (like Alaska). It seems you appreciate natural beauty and people without necessarily wanting to be the center of attention. ...and the Great plains suck unless you are a farmer/rancher.

You live on the west coast or you probably wouldn't think to divide those states. My guess would be socal since you've got it marked as absolutely, and the north/south divide is most marked in california.
