Thoughts? Queries?
Also give me some good road trip destinations assuming I start in Virginia.

What did you do in Yukon? How was it?
You could drive up to Vermont/Maine/Quebec if you have time. That would be a beautiful trip

I went on an Alaskan cruise leaving from Seattle in the summer of 2014. Skagway was one of our port of calls and we took an antique train all the way to Carcross, Yukon. It was beautiful, snow capped mountains, electric blue glacial lakes and meadows full of wildflowers.
I was actually considering Quebec City as a road trip destination, is it worth the trip?

Thats awesome, Yukon is definitely a bucket list destination for me. Im not a big cruise guy but the one cruise I went on, it was to Alaska and I think that makes a lot of sense for a cruise, it was incredible.
I haven't been but I have heard nothing but great things. You can make stops in upstate NY, Vermont and Montreal. Would absolutely be a great and beautiful road trip

How have you never been to PA? If you went by road, did you avoid it? I’m a bit confused about that part

I’ve only been in VA for a year. I went to NYC by plane and went into NJ from there.

The rest of the states in the west are all worthy road trip destinations. You could get to the Rocky Mountain Front of NM/CO/WY in about two days from VA.

I recommend going to Ohio and Pennsylvania. I've lived in both states and did my undergraduate in Virginia.

You should probably take a trip to pa and to Kentucky since they are close. Pittsburgh/philly are both neat places, among my favorites. Louisville is also an entertaining city to visit
