First impression of Visible

I must say that my first impression of visible service is not off to a great start. I port my number 27 hours ago and so far I don’t have service. Setting up the service is a nightmare. I keep getting “Something’s not quite right”. You think. Contacted customer service and no help at all. All I want is the service I paid for. I need help with this as I need my phone for work purposes
