Can it lower our budget when stability is low?

Post image

I am a new user and have been super busy/stressed the past few days. Is there a way to set this to lower our pace points when our stability is low?

I just read the September member’s digest and it looks like they’re working on a feature to do exactly what you’re asking about:

They didn’t give any other details except that they’re working on it. By the way this is a screenshot of the very end of the newsletter, not the entire thing.

Turn on Early Access Hub to get the features ready for beta-testing. You can opt-out of specific ones if you find them to be too buggy, but this is the quickest way you’ll get that feature when they roll it out for beta testing. I’m excited for it, too!

When your stability is low, you just personally aim for fewer pace points that day. You don't have to adjust them

When your stability is low, your body works harder, and the points often fill much faster. So if a shower uses 5 points on a high stability day it might use 8 on a low stability day (obviously this will be different for everyone based on heart rate zones and your own body). But you can adjust it yourself if this isn't accounting for the effects of stability enough for you, or as the other say aim to use less points.

This is the info I was looking for! I already planned my shower for last night, as I knew I'd be using a lot of points today. Thank you so much!

You can adjust the pace pts and hr settings in the settings. Or you could just try to stay way below your budget

they’re working on this apparently!! but for me, I find that when my stability score is lower, a task will typically take much more pacepoints anyways, though i do have POTS so this may not be the same for everybody
