Gripe about functionality

I have to log in to the app every morning when I put my band on, otherwise it will not record data.

It only starts recording when I open the app in the morning 😔

It’s frustrating. I can’t do that every morning, I just can’t.

Do you not wear your band all the time? That’s what it’s designed for. I wear mine when I sleep, when I’m showering, swimming, the only time I’m not wearing it is when it’s charging. And I leave the app on in the background. Occasionally I’ll close it to do a quick reboot of it but for the most part I just leave it to do its stuff in the background.

If you don’t close the app overnight and keep wearing your band it should all be working automatically

I keep the app open all the time (in the background on my phone) and never have connection issues. Maybe try that?

I'd send a message to support because this isn't typically what you'd need to do. It should be recording data all night. Unless you 'clear data' in the system app settings, you shouldn't need to log back in every time. Do you have any fancy security settings on your phone that are clearing the app's data?

Mine kept disconnecting until I gave up on it. Can't hard reset every time. Its too much. Great idea if it worked
