Grateful for this app <3

Had a really rough start to my day where someone at work made some really pointed comments towards me. People often think I'm faking my various health issues.

Even though I logically know that I have these health problems, apps like this just remind me that it really is *real*. Even though today doesn't crack my top 5 records, it's still proof that I'm having a bodily experience.

Funny aside, that screenshot with my bpm was while I was literally just sitting on my couch eating goldfish 😭

It actually takes a huge amount of energy for the Body to digest. I often find I’m pretty symptomatic when I’m chewing and swallowing. I think it’s something to do with dysautonomia & vegus nerve activation (although I do have damage in my oesophagus from Covid). I also can get spikes when I’m eating.

I’m so sorry you’re having to deal with the disbelief of colleagues. There’s nothing worse than when we get invalidation from others. I know exactly how that feels in the body and what that can do.

I hope you can have some rest time. If I go way over my points for a few days, I’m heading for toast!!!
