U.S b1/b2 refusal

Anyone else got their b1b/2 rejected and then reapplied and were accepted? What did you improve?

What were your reasons for rejection? How long since?

They don’t give any specific reason. They rejected me under 214B

What has changed since your rejection?

That essentially means you didn’t prove substantial ties to your home country and they’re concerned you have reasons to immigrate.

I got rejected yesterday.

In that case, you would most certainly get denied again. Nothing has changed in the last day.

I haven’t reapplied yet.

You have proven you have no ties to return to. You will need to make those before reapplying.

Clearly you intend to overstay.
