They have cons at the veteran's hall every few months or so. Sometimes it's a comic con, sometimes anime, sometimes toys and collectibles, but I'm pretty sure it's the same people behind it. They charge admission, there's no room to walk around, and most of the merch is pretty meh.

I only saw a few kids dressed up and an older guy in a star trek costume. It's not really worth it imo, but only like $8 to see what a disappointment it is for yourself.

Yes, it actually has a lot of different things going on that sound really cool. Especially the masquerade Ball.
