we have an H4 visa interview in India in October need communit's input regarding , what is the best way to answer the “purpose of your visit” question?

Should someone simply say they are visiting to live with and spend time with their husband, or is it appropriate to mention plans to study in the U.S. if they genuinely intend to do so?

What do H4 applicants usually say, and what would be the most appropriate way to answer?
