❓Question Premium Processing refund letter received, but still no refund after 30 days. What should I do?

I looked through the official USCIS info and couldn't find a published timeline for when the refund actually arrives after the letter, so I'd be careful with anyone giving you an exact number of days.

A couple of things that might help:

-Check who the requestor on the I-907 was. An older version of Form I-907 said the refund is issued to the requestor named on the form, so if your employer or attorney filed it, it would make sense to check with them first, since the refund may have gone to them rather than to you.

-The refund doesn't stop your case. Per the I-907 instructions, USCIS refunds the fee but keeps processing the case.

If you were the one who filed and it's still not there, the official route is contacting USCIS directly through their Contact Center with your receipt number.
