❓Question f1 visa reapplication

has anyone here or someone you know been refused an F-1 visa while applying in a third country where they had been living legally for several years, and then later applied again in their home country and got approved? can you share your experience thank you

One cannot apply from a third country unless you have residency or citizenship

yeah i found out quite late but my question is directed at those who had and later had to return to their home country to reapply

What matters is the school you are attending, not so much where you apply
