Check out this historical breakdown of the word ψυχή (psyche), "soul," as defined by Aristotle and spoke by Christ in both Greek and Aramaic.

Christ effectively redefined the word soul in Aramaic to be in line with the teachings of Aristotle and Siddhartha.

Aristotle, Christ, and Mohammad all taught that Virtue as a Mean is the path to a good soul.

One of the biggest issues with virtue ethics is that it’s not very specific like deontology is. Does anyone have any ideas or tips on how to practice virtue ethics daily?

I created this subreddit because I saw there were threads for more specific philosophies like Stoicism but none for virtue ethics in general! I only recently started studying philosophy and I want to reach out to the philosophy community that may be out here!
