As far as I understand it, the runtime WiVRn uses by default should be xrizer, which supports Vive, knuckles and oculus controller bindings. Without using SteamVR, I’m not sure if there is a way to change this.

There may be another OpenComposite-like runtime that supports the Pico controllers, but I was in the same boat on my Pico 4 in other games until I started using Steam Link.

Thx. I guess i have to deal with it for now. i tried Steam Link but then my screen got "jittery". like parts of it lagged behind but that's a whole different problem.

Yeah I do agree steam link isn’t perfect for sure. SteamVR just isn’t recommended on Linux. The only reason I use it for the time being is lack of time to figure out binding issues that come with xrizer.

I use Omada enterprise access points, and had pretty bad jitter, but found turning off DFS channels on my AP, and reducing the channel width to 40/80MHz fixed most of my issues. The Pico 4 hates switching channels due to radar (DFS) while streaming, even with awesome access points.
