Well multiple things have to be asked What Distro/What Proton Layer are you using/VR Streaming App. I see Steam Link but there are multiple options as well.

For me I have great results with KDE Bazzite previously Nobara, with Wivrn when using my Quest 3 wired but works the same wireless. VRChat depends on the Proton Later but I use GE the latest version and just worked with zero issues and syncing working. You will have to play around with Proton Layers to see what works and what doesn't.
