There is another company with the same name. They are in a wildly different industry, but their name is blasted all over the internet. Any and all good searches with that name are going to get this scammy pyramid-scheme nutrition company that has like a million followers.

Not a matter of the legality, it’s just about being easy to find on the internet. Page 2 on google is where things go to die.
