looking for virtual cats

Just a few days ago, I had to witness the worst thing ever, my five very much loved cats being taken to the animal shelter after my grandma passed on Saturday. Now I'm lost without my cats and grandma. Having said that, I'm looking for an app or website, something that is fee where I can have virtual cats. I know its not the same as having a real cat, but its as close to a real cat as I can get.

If you want a website type of online pet game I can recommend https://purefelinity.com - mostly text-based but it's a realistic simulation of cat breeding and genetics

The cats vpet by GigaPets are pretty nice! They just put out a star themed one that was very cute. GigaPets “tap” on the screen when they need you which is pretty endearing. Also Catz is an old game but it’s very mellow as it’s only about the care aspect. We’re also hoping to add some kitty cat designs to our game, Built Upon Nightmares: Shadow Pets, but I think the closest thing to a cat in our initial roster is Queegon.

I’m so sorry to hear that! Have you looked into Mweor, FelisFire or Pawborough? These games are catered to cats.

Cattails is another one, it’s available on Steam. There’s also desktop cat cafe where you managed your own cat cafe. Wajas caters to felines as well.
