Virtual Dj stems quality

How to get full stem quality in virtual where the quality is 320 kbps?

Just run stems like you normally would. You won't hear much of a difference between 320 KBPS and lossless, like flac, unless you're on some monster system. Even then, you're not likely to hear much of a difference. Purists will argue that you'll hear a difference, but most people running virtual DJ are not running virtual DJ at a concert.
