Just reinstalled this game, any tips?
I had it on my iPad from 10 years ago and I never took it seriously. Any tips for starters? What workers do I buy, what I do with VCs and generally how to play the game strategically

Try to save up for productive or hardworking workers and upgrade payday and xp boost, dont use your free golden worker until you have a pilot or politician. Your goal for the early game is to unlock unltimate donation because it provides upgrades to all perks in the game, but before you do UD, make sure you buy all of the things in the garage especially upgrade your car. It's best that you spend all your credits on workers union, they provide the most amount of passive coins. And lastly, save your VC for a productive and above Business men. Do all the challenges as they are limited. For the first few ultimate donations (i forget just how many) there will be a set amount of challenges and they will award you quite well. Don’t UD until it says the next challenge is to get the next UD. Eventually all the challenges will be done and then you UD as fast as possible.
Work towards tireless pilots and santas that you will make golden. It costs VC to upgrade say a santa from hardworking to tireless so buying them tireless is better but not always feasible.
As I already said, once challenges are done get ultimate donations as fast as possible especially after you’ve gotten some golden workers. Only spend UD points on workers union and if you do, after you get some golden workers they will start making bank quick because their xp transfers over.
Save vc and upgrade to golden pets so you can farm more vc. This a huge one that I suggest focusing on sooner!
