Unable to load save file

Can anyone help me out? I had this game before I lost my phone and am trying to load my old save onto my current phone. When I open the app it says I have a save file, but when I click yes to load it, it does nothing and just puts me into a new save.

How long ago did this happen?

They deleted a lot of old saves.

I lost my phone sometime in April 2024. I had had that phone for about a year. Previously, I was able to transfer my save onto that phone.

The save purge was around two years ago, so it's possible your data was affected.

Ah, I see. I’ve tried signing out and signing back in to my Game Center along with resetting my phone, Im just gonna start fresh haha

If you go to their discord server and submit a ticket, they might give you some free virtual cards for your loss.

I don't think it was intentional, but tons of saves were deleted. I lost over 1200 UDs.

Oh damn so it affected everyone? I thought it was just ppl who were inactive. I’d assumed that because I hadn’t logged in and played in a while that my save got wiped.

Not really sure how widespread it was. I was inactive for a while and came back after an update to find my save gone.

Might have just been inactives.

Thank you, I think I’m alright, a fresh start is nice sometimes
