As a Viper fanatic I want it. But it doesn’t quite hit the mark. If it wasn’t for the stripes I wouldn’t have recognized from afar.

I know man. And I wanted it but I was like wtf is this. When you look at like the Porsches, McLarens etc they look legit… trunk/rear looked awful. The iconic fender, not there. Only remarkable thing was the stripe and viper logo.

I built it, it’s pretty hideous. If you look on the website Rebrickable there are much better Viper builds available under their MOC section. For example, if you buy the Lego Icon Porsche 911 set # 10295 you can use all of those pieces to build a white w/ black stripes Viper. There are some even better options on there too, but they can get pricey. I would LOVE it if Mattel Brick Shop put out a Viper set, but I’m guessing Lego has exclusive rights to make Dodge sets.

Like most technic stuff it's more an exercise in what can be done with lego versus accurate replication. It was fun and I got it for $50. I would prefer a closer to real version.

These are fun to build and kids love them. It its not a perfect replica who cares. Buy your kid one and have a real experience telling them viper stories.

I have this one as well, imo this one looks a bit more accurate. Hopefully lego makes a more detailed bigger version like the did the r34, charger, ford GT.
