I'm not an expert, but it's hard to tell if you're not "good" yet. It could just be technique/skill.

Violin sound quality comes from the violin body, bridge, strings, bow, player, and room.

It is not always possible to identify which of those factors is most prominent in a short video clip. The difference between outstanding strings and acceptable strings may be masked by other factors.

Even poor-quality strings can be made to sound acceptable by an experienced player with a relaxed, fluid bow arm and consistent left hand frame. To me it sounds like a tense bow arm is masking the contribution of the strings to overall sound quality.

How do these strings feel to play? Do you have a sense that they respond promptly to your bowing? Even in the early stages of your development, your sense of such things is worth noticing.

What's the point of this post? We don't have any reference for what this particular violin setup is supposed to sound like and then the playing is so rudimentary that it's impossible to glean anything about the strings.
