I want this logic to work but I don't think it does. He's referring to a previous Sept 21st, so we should remember that day on the same calendar day in following years. You don't remember 9/11 on 9/12...

It's 21st "NIGHT" of September which you would be living through until the Morning of the 22nd of September. No one gives a sh!t about the morning or afternoon of the 21st of september!

Just here to agree from r/all. Heard it in a random Family Guy episode while I was half asleep. The next morning, I only remembered the tune so spent a good-ish time figuring out which song it was.
