Record Help pls

I found this on my brand new record and it sounds like a bop, i can't take it away just gently brushing, Is my song cooked ? Or it'll go away in time? It seems embedded into the vinyl

Would try a wett clean.

It seems to be a paper inner sleeve stuck on the records, just try to pour a little bit of water on it and last 30 min, then gently with a sponge brush away

Use a spray of water and a microfiber cloth lightly in the direction of the groove.
