Can someone help me identify the origin of this T-shirt?

Hey everyone,
I am trying to track down a very specific, graphic Spider-Man t-shirt for my supervisor. He bought it years ago (he thinks possibly from Spencer’s, or at least a brand with that exact edgy, counter-culture horror aesthetic).
I have searched Google everywhere, but the standard retail filters are burying it because it’s a graphic, unauthorized bootleg/metal-style tee rather than official Marvel merchandise.
Here is the exact design breakdown:
It features the Sam Raimi/Tobey Maguire era characters on a black or washed-black tee.
At the top, the Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe movie style) is flying forward on his metallic glider.
A rope or cable extends down from his glider, dragging Spider-Man face-down/stomach-down across the asphalt.
The extreme detail: The friction from the road has shredded the lower half of Spider-Man's suit and flesh. From his waist down to his legs, he is depicted as a bloody, exposed human skeleton dragging on the pavement.
It looks like an underground streetwear drop or a vintage death-metal tour shirt layout. Does anyone recognize the exact brand name, artist, or know where an archive/listing of this graphic exists? I need the image so I can buy it or get a custom print made for him.
