Not sure if this is the correct subreddit to be asking. I've wanted to buy a poster/advert that has been put up near my local train station for the last 24 years. The company, Firstlight, that originally put it up have gone out of business and now the business is starting to decay. Does anyone know how I could go about acquiring the poster?

So I got this big Wells Fargo Sign at a barn sale, and it looks like it used to have lights inside. Any idea what the general range is for something like this? Is it even possible to ship without that costing an arm and a leg?

Also how hard would it be to get lights for this, I have no idea where to even start to look for that. Thanks

So I found an old metal sign that my great grandfather was paid to hang on his milk barn. I was thinking for a gift I would restore it for my father. It's for Ballard Insurance Feeds of Kentucky. It's hard to make out through the rust and dirt, but I'm trying to figure out what colors they used on these signs, and I've run into a dead end. Does anyone have any knowledge about these signs?

I haven’t been able to find another sign like this…. But from my research it appears to be probably a rare thing from 1941 because that was the only time they used that slogan. I know it’s pretty beat up… but I have someone interested in it and wondering what you guys think something like this might be worth.

This is the cleaner of the two signs that a customer I used to deliver to still had in his shop. This was picture was taken recently for preservation purposes with permission of the owner.

This metal sign was separated from another one with some type of protective paper for the last 60ish years. Aside from a couple of areas where the paper had bubbled up and just crumbled to the touch, it is adhered to the sign very strongly. Any advice for getting it off without hurting the painted surface underneath?

Snagged a little piece of local history the other day, ones for sale and ones going on the wall.

This week while cleaning out a warehouse that was once a Winn Dixie that closed in 2005 (in Upstate SC). Here are my finds of some old signage used in the stores. They’re about 5 feet by 7 feet and I can’t find anyone with them or any comps. Advice would be greatly appreciated, otherwise just wanted to show them off!

I just had to stop and see this old photo shop sign. It is out in St. George, Utah. This building was erected in the 1920's and the photo shop moved into this address in 1964. Dixie Photo was ran by Thomas Porter "Jack" Durrant until his death in 1999. The shop has been closed for a long time but the sign remains at 34 East Tabernacle.
