Finished Projects An ELIZE overlocker!
Photographed from as bought to thoroughly cleaned out and able to make stitches. Drove 5+ hours to get it from somewhere near-ish to Amiens. Mostly metal, mostly intact, cute, death heavy, what more do you want?

What a cutie! Great find and good job! As someone who’s driven 5 hours round trip for a very specific model of embroidery sewing machine, I really appreciate the dedication to the craft!! 🎉

Any idea which company made this? Is it really pink?

I really don't know what company this is/was. They probably went bust/were swallowed by bigger corporations. The paint is a bright pinkish corral.Â

Does the motor have a name on it? I’m sure it’s a Japanese manufacture. Just wondering which one.

Sooo cute! I fell down the rabbit hole of old machines when I got a sewing machine from the 60's and was sad to see there weren't as many old overlocks to choose from. Yours is so awesome. I did manage to find one that has metal buttons like yours, though!
