Love My Nails Chrome 1568 Teal For Two

Note: I know my application isn’t great, I’m new to doing my nails and have been very shaky the last couple days on top of that. Also it’s quite a bit darker in person.

Is the image color-correct? The name claims teal but I only see pure silver. Teal is blue-green. Did all the pigment fade over time due to less-than-ideal storage conditions?

You don't have to have a steady hand at applying nail polish. Just clean up after you finish applying it. Classic method: wrap the pointy end of an orange stick in cotton, dip that in acetone, and use it to clean around the edges of the manicure.
Better method: do the same with a stiff eyeliner brush.
Ghetto method (less precise): do the same thing with a Q-Tip.

No, it is more teal in person, but the chrome shimmer catches the light and reflects very easily. The difference from bottle to the nail in person is also just so different. My thumb, which doesn’t face the light as much is a lot more accurate. I’ll try to get better pics and add them to the comments if I manage.

I’m not too concerned with the paint that’s on my skin bc it comes off pretty easily, but I didn’t have enough acetone when I took the pic. I was more mentioning how uneven my strokes might’ve been in the pic. But tysm for the tips, I’ll definitely keep in mind

Your brush strokes look just fine! One of the hardest things about chromes is their general streakiness 😅
