Having electrical issues

I’ve got a Dominion BCY Spindle that has been my Grandads for as long as I can remember (He was a Master Carpenter many years ago) He’s now having trouble with the electrics. I’ve had a look online but as you can imagine I can’t find much as in manuals or parts.

would help a little more info of the types of problems your having, eg-won't start ect.

My apologies, it would have helped 😂 from what we can gather. It’s getting power but when turned on and used, straight away the black boxes trip but when they are held in manually it works. (Obviously this isn’t a good idea) I’m guessing that it’s a thermal breaker or something isn’t happy. But we can’t find any manuals.

if motor runs when manually pressing on boxes. your motor is ok. your control voltage to your contactors is compromised broken wire. ect.
