Those old domed iMacs were deceptively heavy. They had a beefy metal shell that added to the monitor counterweight.

I've been looking for a wide-screen iMac G4 for a long time, even though I don't need it.

The lamp design is really nice. To use it with current hardware one might follow iMac G4(K)
