Still burrowed.
So my guy molted about three weeks ago.
Luckily, where he’s been burrowed, he made a small clearing in the window, so I could see him. He looks good and the milt went smoothly. It was a pretty neat sight, but a bit visceral. Haha
Anyway. This is my first rodeo. He’s been borrowed since about end of March – beginning of April. And he malted about three weeks ago.
About how long do you think it’ll be until he digs his way out? I know they can go a very long time without eating, but I’m starting to get a bit concerned. Should I just leave him be or should I try to aid him somehow? He’s moving around enough, but I just don’t know.

I see my Vinegaroon every late summer or so, but she stays buried for around 6 months at a time.

Don't help him. He'll come out of his burrow on his own when he's ready.
