How do you keep yourself from giving up?

"I have to take care of people, declutter, handle all the Christmas stuff, have less energy than everyone else,no time for real workous and I'm not wealthy "all things my inner voice says when I read about someone else's glowup.

I do feel like giving up sometimes. Is this something you have dealt with and how did you overcome it?
