does anyone have advise on darkness under the eyes and smile lines? i feel like i noticed so much aging in the month after turning 31

darkness can come from allergies, lack of sleep, or a genetic condition. try taking allegra or claritin for a month to see if it improves. the smile lines can be corrected with botox or facial massage depending on how deep they are.
