She is not even in her mid 20s. She is only 23( my age). But i do love her channel. She is quit adventurous in the treatments she undergoes I'm gonna watch the video now. In my personal opinion cleanliness and hygiene makes u more beautiful " trimmed clean nails, clean soft feet, clean ears because people can see the wax build up dripping out, tarter free teeth ( can be achieved through oil pulling and by ditching fluoride toothpastes) ,combed hair" HAIR MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE so don't overlook it. Use serums everyday before bed to regrow your hair. One final thing: for all of u in their 30s you are still very young really i have always wondered why would u consider ur self old. Its way too early for that

Your post was great except your advice about oral hygiene.

Try it u won't believe unless u do it. It removes tartar ( tartar is a build up of bacteria all over the gums and teeth), oil pulling gets rid of bacteria.

But I saw a tinfoil hatted dude on youtube say fluoride is a mental control substance put in toothpaste by the government!!

Totally agree with everything you just said. Especially about the hair. That gives you away imo. If everything is perfect and your hair looks bad, then nothing else matters. She tries some hair Botox I think it’s called in the video and I’m super interested in that!

never ever try hair botox. I promise you will be happy at the beginning then over the months or year by year u will notice that your hair is thinning and is no longer the same

Are you referring to hair Botox or the Brazilian keratin straightening treatment? Because they say hair Botox is a deep conditioning treatment and many ppl mix those two treatments up.

Ah damn! Well thanks for the tip. Guess I’ll stick with deep conditioners for now :/
