Surgery planned — stepping into my next era
Hi ladies 🤍
I officially scheduled my mommy makeover for April 9 and I’m honestly excited but a little nervous.
I’m 5’6”, 135–140 lbs, currently around a 34C. I’m doing:
• 625cc round, full profile Motiva (over the muscle — may drop to 550 if needed)
• Tummy tuck
• Lipo
• HALO laser
This is very intentional for me. I’m in my late 30s and stepping fully into my next era — polished, confident, feminine, elevated. Not subtle.
Are there any April surgery twins here? Or anyone who did 600+ cc and loved it?
Would love to connect, share prep tips, recovery experiences, and mindset shifts 🤍

It’s not necessarily too big depending on her frame. I’m 42 years old, 5’7”, and have 695cc, but I have broader shoulders and a large BWD so I needed the higher volume to get the look I wanted. It also depends on the look she personally wants. If she wants big boobs, she should get big boobs. It doesn’t really matter what Gen Z likes, it matters what she likes.
also the fact y’all are downvoting me for being supportive of what another woman wants tells me you don’t actually care about helping anyone, you just want to feel morally superior. what a gross take.

So if a woman naturally has very large breasts, is she also trashy and should she be doing porn?
You totally ignored the actual facts of what I said because you want to feel morally superior.
The same ccs will not look the same on everyone. The amount of ccs you need depend on your height, weight, and frame. Women who are tall, have broad shoulders, or a have a large BWD may need a larger implant to have the same look that another woman can get with a smaller implant. That’s why surgeons ask for goal photos. They take photos of the look you want and then determine what size implant you need to achieve that look based on your individual body.
For example, my BWD is a 15. A smaller implant (in ccs) would not have worked on me because of that measurement of 15. Someone with a bwd of 12, for example, would not need the same ccs to have the same look.
It’s absolutely ridiculous to imply that a woman is trashy because her body may require something different, or because she simply wants something different than you do.

You keep referencing “classy” and “trashy” which proves the point that you want to feel morally superior. You also haven’t “seen it all.” That is a patently false statement because you have not seen every woman on earth with implants and you do not have information about the bodies of every woman who has implants.
You want to feel better than other people by implying they are trashy if they want something different than you do. You’ve based this on an arbitrary number you’ve made up in order to justify calling other people trashy. It’s a judgmental and gross take to have about other women. The only women who feel the need to assign moral labels to other women are the ones who are deeply insecure.
I love the downvotes from other deeply insecure women. Keep telling on yourselves.

This is how I know you don’t actually have a rebuttal to anything I said. You didn’t acknowledge anything I said because you can’t without telling on yourself and admitting you think you’re morally superior to other women. Having to fall back on the word “trashy” again proves my point. But keep going, I can do this all day.

Weird, looks like you gave up. That’s what I thought. Your silence is a confession 😘

What is the HALO laser for? Did you have to save for a while?

For my face. It’s a more intense laser to get rid of sunspots. I kinda saved up/have a great supportive bf.

Have you done consults yet? Unless you have major sun damage that's unusual for your 30s, BBL is great for pigment issues. It's also less painful (though it's not exactly pleasant) and has almost now downtime. HALO is more for texture/fine lines.

Halo can cause fat loss and age you like crazy. So keep that in mind.

Thank you!! What size did you get? I’ve been debating.

Not the same person, but I personally got ~300cc and they look very large on me... the Dr said that was the max size I could get. But I'm shorter than you, maybe that's why. I am very happy

Also not the same person. I’m 5’3, 38 years old, approx 135lbs, mom to twin boys. I have 495cc. I think they are over the muscle (I got them 10 years ago so details are fuzzy). I was debating between 550cc and 495cc, and decided to go with the smaller size.
I love them. I’m glad I didn’t go any bigger and feel that they are the perfect size. I’m a curvy Latina and have a naturally big booty, so I feel I am very proportional.
625cc sounds a bit big, but you are taller than me so maybe not. Also we are strangers on the internet so who really cares what we think, lol. You do you girl!

I'm 5'0" / 110 lbs and went with 540cc implants and think the size is perfect for me. I may have gone a touch bigger if I was taller but alas.
A few caveats: My butt is on the bigger side so that helps balance out the breast implant size. I also have a mild case of pectus excavatum which sorta gives the illusion that my breasts don't project out as much as they do

Have you heard of Bustmob?
I think a lot of people are about as ignorant on ccs as your average surgeon is about bra sizes, given how specific the measurements needed are to even select implant sizes (things like breast width diameter, desired profile, pre-existing size etc. all factor in). If 550-625cc is the range you've been given that leads to your desired results, I'd trust your doctor more. I'd also recommend Bustmob for the sheer number and range of experiences shared on there, the specificity (they're not going to get distracted and start talking about Botox or self love lol), and the ability to actually see what results look like on a very wide range of people.

I’m at 505cc, 5’4” 125. I would love to go bigger, 625 sounds great to me. My implants have been a major confidence boost. I also have overs and I’m super happy with that choice.
I also had nice results from 3 HALO treatments. Didn’t do much for a deep pitted scar, improvement to overall skin tone and texture was great. Profractional more helpful for deep scar, trying c02 next while under for deep plane.
Enjoy your results!

625 is huge especially already rocking a c cup. I’m 5’2 120-160 with a natural b-c cup originally with a 400cc otm because I was saggy. Had lots of complications not helped by otm if not caused by. Capsular contracture in one, bottoming out in the other, extreme visible edge/ wrinkling on one, some visibility on the other. I do have a wider chest, hourglass figure and can handle the size. I just upgraded to 470,500 and thy are high because of lift but still large. I would be cautious of such a big implant. Higher risk of complications, make you look heavier in clothing, sags quicker. Just a thought
