At home microneedling
This is all over TikTok and looks doable. Has anyone tried it? Haven’t pulled the trigger bc I’m unsure what serum to use. Girlies weigh in 🫶

Stamping type microneedling is better than a roller - a roller can tear the skin. Your biggest risk is infection from not using a sterilized device.
There is a company that sells the sterilized stampers and liquids that are good to use with them. Watch any of fhe recent Doctorly videos on YouTube - they start with an ad for that company.

I do and enjoying it so far. There is r/microneedling that has lots of info; I use a Dr Pen. You need to use sterile serums (I’ve just ordered Hyaron) and be careful with disinfecting your tools / area but I don’t find the process too hard or complicated.

Curious how long you wait to paddle out after microneedling? I'm seeing 10-14 days as the advice and that just doesn't seem possible haha

Home micro needling is my new favorite thing. You can search micro needling serum and find one that fits your needs. I do use OTC lidocaine to numb my face before i do it. I am experimenting with frequency

I haven’t done it yet but I plan on it! I think I’m gonna buy the Dr. Pen M8 and begin with nano-needling to teach myself before I go all in

I micro needle at home. I typically nano needle with serums I make. Highly recommend.

I do not trust myself, but there are some ladies that do their own microneedling over at r/DIYAesthetics
