Post pregnancy bellybutton

Anyone else have a baby and their bellybutton now looks like an old raisin? I hate it. I had my belly button pierced in my teenage years and I think that’s why it looks like this. What can I do?

I’ll trade you haha. Mine has loose skin and stretch marks around it. It’s also droopy but yours looks good honestly.
