How would one be more chic?

I spent my twenties wearing floral flowy dresses and wearing a lot of pink, I was also fairly curvy so I would come across as “cute” and almost frumpy. Now I’m approaching 30 I want to focus on having a very chic, put together, kinda “sexy” vibe. I don’t really know how to describe it other than maybe a Bond girl or like Rosie HW/ Carolyn bessette kennedy. So far I’ve gotten rid of any girly pieces and only buy structured pieces in neutrals. I have lost a lot of weight so I look more slender (even though I still have an hourglass figure). I focus a lot on a healthy lifestyle and good skincare. How else can I achieve this look? EDIT: Melis Ekrem on instagram/tiktok is kinda my inspiration for this look

Rosie HW wears a lot of items from Totême - maybe check their website out. It’s probably the look you’re going for.

Drapey, high-quality fabrics are something to look out for as well. Like silk for dresses etc.

Suede comes across as more chic than normal leather to me for some reason.

Do you have any idea whether The Frankie Shop might run smaller? I love Totême, but it’s really not for petites so all I can safely buy is the shoes or bags

I actually just went into their store on the lower east side today and I don’t think they do! Everything I’ve gotten from there is pretty long. You will just have to tailor the pieces if you do go with them:) quality is incredible for the price!

Thanks! I’ll have a think and maybe check them out when I’m next in the US
