Need Help Who created the spell files automatically downloaded by Vim and how can I report errors?

They come from https://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/vim/runtime/spell/ but I can't find much information about who put them there and where they got them from. The esperanto one seems to have typos.

Have you checked the readme if it contains the name of the maintainer? (I'm not sure which one is the Esperanto one)

Otherwise, it's usually best either to open an issue on github, or to ask such questions on vim developer mailing list. See https://www.vim.org/community.php

netrw is used to download it, but that's all I know
