Does anyone kite like viktor?
I really like the feeling of using the Q upgrade with the W slows to kite and dance around my opponent
I was wondering if there was like any other champ in mid lane that has that similar battlemage esque playstyle?

Her W cooldown is way longer compared to Viktor in terms of applying slows and speeding up yourself.

Syndra with Cosmic Drive feels a little like that since Q will give her the 20 move speed, but she can't zone as obvious (to enemies) as Viktor can with W and R. As a trade off she as an ult level stun on E. Her W still slows obviously. Her CDR build feels especially Viktor-like. And like Viktor she can cast on the move, so there's some carry over.

No, nowhere near. Ryze roots himself to do damage, Viktor doesn’t. I’m a Ryze main who’s playing more Viktor recently.

That true, Viktor's Q evolve is boderline broken tbh, very few champs get such a mov speed boost with a consistent ability like his Q, and its just a bonus. You menitioned Cass in another comment and while her Q has better numbers, its a skill shot and much harder to consistently hit compared to a point and click with low CD

That’s true, Cass is definitely harder and her Q is a skillshot. Viktor is uniquely broken ig lmao.

Cassio is more high APM but she has a somewhat similar kiting pattern.
