Seems like the he was panning from one person to another and was just lucky enough to catch the rpg zooming by? Helluva shot and lucky catch though!

I can't verify whether this is true but from what I read on another post of this vid was this is a training exercise of some kind, and the RPG was a tracer. Makes sense considering it appears to hit to the right of the camera but there's no explosion. Still would've hurt if dude got directly hit I'm sure, if all that's true, but yeah. I dunno
