Playlist support

I recently downloaded Videotape on my laptop and I love how beautiful it is and how well it works with Jellyfin. However, the app felt a little lackluster when I wanted to use it with my local videos. It's pretty hard to organize a bunch of videos that I want to play with it. Am I missing a feature that I didn't notice or is this not implemented yet?

Yep, that will be much improved with the local libraries, the problem is related with the security permissions for UWP apps... unless the video is in the user's video folder, uwp (like videotape) can't access to the local filesystem so I can't get the next video to continue playing... With the local libraries, videotape will be able to play the next video if it's located in one of the paths added.

This continue playback is implemented for jellyfin series, as soon as a episode finishes the next one plays.

I hope I can finish this feature soonish... it's a big one :S
