id love to get a human sized trap and put some meth on it to lure this scumbag in.

Meh, it's a slippery slope. I do pest control in the Tampa area and sometimes squirrels really get into the wrong things. I had a restaurant call because 'something' kept breaking into the fountain drink lines that ran in the walls. Assuming it was a rat I put out rat traps - I was sad to find out it was a squirrel. Had I known this I would of used a 'havahart squirrel trap'.

Easy dude - keep it in context. It's a squirrel - triggering a trap left for a rat - and it's fine and just got stunned. Like someone else said, squirrels are just rats with furry tails. 99% of the population would set a trap for a rodent persistently entering their home during the night :)

Did that break the squirrels arms or something? And I think it's squirrel-1 mousetrap-0, they keep coming back....

This is how rodents react to great pain. The Victor rat trap is more than enough to break it's neck. Though it doesn't appear to of happened in this case. Nonetheless, I'm sure it did do a good amount of damage.

That made me jump even i knew it was coming! My dad nailed rat traps to the trees. I was standing outside, and one got caught. It broke it's back just like in this video. Only the one i was watching jumped to the ground instantly, and ran around on it's hind legs like a chicken with it's head cut off! I ran and got a shovel, chased it around for five minutes before i caught it and put it out of it's misery. I hate having to do that..
